As a Paid Search Manager, you are expected to maintain a high level of knowledge of your clients’ line of business (staying on top of industry trends, competitive, etc.). You will be responsible for day-to-day management of clients’ paid search marketing campaigns, manage execution of search marketing strategies, ongoing budget management and campaign optimizations. The Paid Search Manager will proactively provide strategic recommendations to clients and influence the design and development of paid search creative based on their objectives and KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch and manage successful paid search & shopping campaigns
- Create and deliver meaningful insights through analytics and reporting to the end client
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
- Ensure campaigns are meeting clearly defined conversion objectives through best practices in the industry of the following tasks:
- Keyword research
- Campaign structure building
- Ad copy creation
- Daily budget pacing
- SQR reviews
- Bidding by audience, device, geography, day parting, etc.

- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1-2 years of SEM experience

Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to improve organic performance for our clients by using strong analytical and technical SEO skills
- Help implement SEO action plans with other SEO team members and clients
- Demonstrate resourcefulness and the initiative to lead medium to advanced SEO projects
- Manage and execute day-to-day tactical operations of strategies including, but not limited to: keyword research, copywriting, content optimization, technical SEO, content marketing, and data analysis
- Possess or understand the factors for local search management and management of local search initiatives
- Conduct local audits and provide recommendations in coordination with local search visibility
- Optimize on-site content for maximum organic performance; this includes HTML, site structure, as well as page layout and navigation considerations
